Yes, we have all heard the term over the years, but what exactly is helicopter parenting, and why is it such a bad thing?
Covid-19 has made many parents teachers overnight without any training or guidance. This added burden has caused a lot of stress on families attempting to work from home without childcare and attempting to maintain a healthy and happy household. Something that is not easy during the lockdown.
So it is understandable why you would want to help your child do their best with their school work. But sometimes too much help can hinder.
