Interview with Child Therapist and Mindfulness Teacher, Louise Shanagher.

Today we are chatting with Louise Shanagher, a qualified children’s therapist, mindfulness teacher and psychology lecturer.

In this video, Louise discusses anxiety and mindfulness in children. She provides an array of resources on mindfulness for children on her website, that can help children and teenagers with their anxiety.

She also talks about her new book series, ‘Kindfully Me‘, which has various books focusing on diversity, kindness, compassion and self-compassion for children.

Louise also discusses the book ‘Look Who’s Here’ from her first book series, ‘Mindfully Me‘. This book helps children understand and “befriend” their feelings and emotions.

All of Louise’s books contain workbook pages that allow children to interact with the book. The workbook pages are available on her website free of charge.

Louise is passionate about creating a happier and healthier world. Her mission is to promote and nurture positive mental health while equipping people with valuable self-care tools that will last a lifetime.

Louise gives regular training workshops for teachers and other organisations who work with children and young people.
